In Coactive tags are primarily used to group necessary forms, styles, user groups etc. together for searching and packaging. Be as specific as you like, these are for your reference.
Using tags wisely allows one or more designers to work on different stages of various applications in one Coactive workspace. Use tags to keep track of each necessary entity to ensure your packages include all that's required for your application to function. When you create a package you are creating a snapshot of those specific entities for two reasons. First, in order to capture progress and likely a working version of the application. Secondly, you can push that package to another workspace, i.e. a production environment, to update that version of the application.

As you work on applications you may have tags that specify a version of a build or whether it's ready for release. You can also tag your tags, this is handy when multiple designers are maintaining smaller pieces of a larger project.
Tag Your ApplicationAs you create new forms, add the same tag as the table to ensure your form is included in search results.
