This action was added to support Public Access to a Custom Login form in a Coactive application. In most cases this will be used with Store Variable actions on the Login button of a Custom Login form.
Public forms do not require the user have a record in the Users table. However, if that form is configured as a Custom Login, designers can use this action to switch from a public form to one configured with access.
